Haze Alert! Malaysians are advised to monitor their health for a life threatening occurrence had landed upon Malaysia. Areas like Port Klang, Shah Alam, Petaling Jaya, Banting and Kuala Selangor had reached a worrying mark in the Air Pollutant Index(API). This means that haze had worsen and the public should take immediate measures to protect oneself. Here are some suggestions:

• Drink plenty of water to keep your body hydrated at all times
• Minimize outdoor activities as overexposure to haze can damage the lungs
• Wear a face mask to reduce the intake of haze into the lungs
• Maneuver vehicles meticulously as sight maybe be obstructed due to thick haze
